I'm having trouble with camera access

If you can't record videos for surveys, it's likely because camera access was disabled. Here's how to fix it:

For Desktop Browsers:
  1. Look for the camera icon in your browser's address bar
  2. Click on it and select "Allow" for camera access
  3. Refresh the survey page and try again
For Mobile Browsers:
  1. Go to your browser settings
  2. Find "Site Settings" or "Permissions"
  3. Locate the Brox Panel website
  4. Enable camera and microphone permissions
General Tips:
  • Your browser will prompt you to enable or disable camera access when you start a survey
  • If you previously disabled access, you'll need to manually re-enable it
  • Make sure no other applications are using your camera
