I'm having trouble with camera access
If you can't record videos for surveys, it's likely because camera access was disabled. Here's how to fix it:
For Desktop Browsers:
- Look for the camera icon in your browser's address bar
- Click on it and select "Allow" for camera access
- Refresh the survey page and try again
For Mobile Browsers:
- Go to your browser settings
- Find "Site Settings" or "Permissions"
- Locate the Brox Panel website
- Enable camera and microphone permissions
General Tips:
- Your browser will prompt you to enable or disable camera access when you start a survey
- If you previously disabled access, you'll need to manually re-enable it
- Make sure no other applications are using your camera
